All the trees are dying,

The dandelions, poppies and sunflowers crying, too.

The smell of smoke hurting my nose

Killing off all the bees and flies.

Never thought the trees would be gone

Never thought breathing would be hard.

The people of 2030 are now scarred

Babies cry, not wanting to die young.

No meat because there is no food for the animals.

So, animals like cows and sheep became unbelievably valuable.

By 2030 the pandas, rhinos and elephants are gone.

Poaching and chopping have ruined nature.

The birds have nowhere to call home

Now in the sky you see them roam.

With nowhere to land except for the roads.
