When I was six, we got her,
a strong, spotted, steed.
When I was six, I found a friend,
one caring, loving with glee.

When I was six, she nearly went,
far, far from me.
When I was six, I would go and hide,
I would weep, weep with tears.

When I was six, a pair was made,
one that will last forever and ever.
When I was six, the ground would, thunder as we cantered by.
When I was six, I found true love,
one that would smile at me.
When I was six, I would hit the ground,
in a tumbling, terrible fall.

Six I was though now I'm twelve,
the steed still at my side.
The one I love with all my heart.
The one I call Maggie.
