Where the Ice Starts

As I hear the Eucalypts weep,
I see a lizard fast asleep
Listening to the Cuckoo Bees hum,
Basking in the buttery sun.
Fish dance in the lake
Listening to a choir of owls.
The mud crabs awake
With disgusted frowns.
I see a bear devour a fish,
An ox blows a kiss to its little ones, all six.
I admire a hare gallop around
Over a fox scurrying down.
I stare up at snowy giants
Towering over an open plain.
The scenery so beautiful,
Like medicine for my brain.
