Where You Sit

You sit on the end of my bed
While I stare and think
About all the memories that I have
Some good, some bad
Stupid arguments my friends had
About who was “it” for tag
Blah, Blah, Blah
It went on for the day
The teachers’ jokes
Which were surprisingly funny
Everyone's signatures on your belly
Even those I did not like
So now I put you back
On the shelf where you sat before
Everyone thinks you are a normal bear
Only I know how special you are
So I leave my room
To do stuff without you
And you wait and see
What my next adventure will be
