The koala clambers up the luscious tree, devouring the juicy

eucalyptus leaves, famished with weary eyes.

The fuzzy koala has two round ears.

 A velvety, grey body.

Strolling and inching down the rough bark of the tree,

as cautious as an injured crow, the koala frantically and swiftly creeps towards the flowing lake, leaving ripples.

Guzzling, gulping and yawning.

This is what happens in their daily lives when the humans never came to exist.

These poor and vulnerable animals have become endangered.

What world are we leaving for animals?

When we become extinct, aren't animals the ones that may become extinct before us?

Isn't this because of cruel, malicious humans?
