Wild Woods

Trees danced and animals pranced
throughout the wild woods.
Birds fluttered in and out of trees with their goods
throughout the wild woods.
Crocodiles snapped and animals lapped
in the beautiful blue water.
The wind blew and the grass grew wet with dew,
rain trickled down through the softened ground.
When animals die, birds fly,
the river grew and still the ground was wet with dew.
They went out and put animals in doubt,
foxes stalked while deer walked.
Rain began to fall
as the storm crashed and smashed
in the depths of the wild woods.
