Ice frozen in winter
A world of white and blue
A stillness in the air
As nature’s beauty hues
Snowflakes falling softly
As frost paints a canvas new
A wonderland of silence
In a world of icy dew
The trees dressed in crystals
And the lake a sheet of glass
A symphony of cracking sounds
As the ice is made to pass
Winter is cold and bitter
But the ice brings a new light
A time of peace and beauty
As the world rests in white
Ice frozen in winter
A time of change and peace
A world of nature’s magic
As the cold brings sweet release
