The wonderland is beautiful

Light fluffy flakes of snow drift through the chilly breeze

Crystals of ice hang from the trees like a chandelier

Snow encasing the land in a time capsule

The winter wind sends forth a freeze

The hills are iced white like a wedding cake

They are transformed to a frozen paradise

Dripping with icicles forming daggers

Ice ring dark and hollow of the frozen lake

Through the angry grey clouds peeks the gloomy sun

The land simultaneously so bright and moody

The hills rumble with an avalanche forming

As the forest animals start to run

The crackling cold starts creeping in

With the monsters of mountains stretched to the clouds

The snowflakes delicate as feathers now dancing through the sky

The blizzards pour snow from their crying eyes

And as the frostbite hits the people outside,

All hope and pray that they will not die

The wonderland is haunted
