30in30 Online Open Mic

To finish Poetry Month 2023 with a bang, we're hosting an Online 30in30 Open Mic for emerging (and established) poets to step up virtually and share a poem they wrote in response to one of this year's #30in30 daily prompts!

Hosted by Red Room's own Izzy Roberts-Orr and with a special feature set by 30in30 commissioned poet Shastra Deo, this free online event will bring Augusts' events to a close and remind you that when it comes to community prose is always a distant cousin...

...and to make it an extra special gathering of verse, Readings have kindly come on board to supply some poetry book giveaways on the night too.

Note: sign-up for the open mic is during the Zoom only; people will be randomly selected by the event hosts until all slots are filled (maximum 3 mins per poet)
