Elena Knox

Elena’s first collection, Fat Bad Plan, was published in 2002 by Vagabond Press. Her poetry has appeared in Slope:ozerotica, DIVAN, LINQ, Sport (NZ), Southerly, at the Sydney Opera House and on ABC TV. Her second collection, Flirt, received a mentorship for emerging poets from Varuna Writers’ Centre. Elena participated in The Red Room Company's trial Toilet Door Poetry 2004, and appeared on Red Room Radio in 2003. She also featured in the 'Sustainable Sydney' project with the City of Sydney. A poem of hers entitled 'The Muckrakers' was included in Cordite 25- Generation of Zeroes, published in 2006. She recently created an exhibition of video poetry that ran in a Sydney bookstore.
